Sign Up and give us some basic data

We just need a few basic details from you so we can get your domain and hosting service set up. 

We have a simple on-boading form that will guide you through.
From there we install the latest version of wordpress, plus the premium plug-ins and some other very useful free ones.

Then we turn our attention to the design and layout

Your responsive, mobile friendly website is created

Your website will be easy to use and navigate on all devices. Especially mobile phones!

It will take us approx 3 – 5 days from receiving your basic data in step one, to create an amazing looking site for you to review and approve (or not!)

You review everything as we go and get us to tweak and adjust it where (if) required

We add your content and images

Your website will be secure, fast to load and easy to navigate.

Now we just need it to tell your story..

Typically we will need information about yourself,  your services or products, and any images and logo.

You can keep it up to date yourself after this or get us to add any new/fresh content yu make have (if you can use MS Word then you can master our intuitive on-page content builder)

Site is reviewed and optimised by us before launching

Once you have your content on your site we will review it. If needed we will help format it to read easily as well ensuring it is Search Engine Friendly. (SEO)

Our high-speed hosting includes unlimited space and bandwidth, plus our unique Content Delivery Network (CDN) to make sure your website’s content is always served by a local server, keeping your site fast and reliable.

Cost for the hosting AND monthly maintenance of your wordpress site (updates and security patches etc) is just $225 + GST/year.

Normally, a quality 5 page website, plus domain name, plus hosting and email boxes and all the extras would normally set you back thousands of dollars. Especially if you factor in the SEO and image optimisation steps.

If you have the skill you can certainly choose to do it yourself and save the cost – but it could take many tens (hundreds?) of hours of your time.

We have removed not only the time-consuming part but also the expensive parts of the process.

Full disclosure though – we do use templates. So if you need something very specifically custom built then this is not the web design package you require. For such a thing you need something more hand-coded ( and naturally a great deal more expensive).

But for 98% of small businesses, your site with us will be exactly what you need. It will look professional and will attract customer interactions. Which is what you want!

Okay we are biased – but wordpress is easy to manage, very search engine friendly and can be moved from our servers over to just about any other server at any time. Unlike WIX or SquareSpace you own your site and can host it with us or with anyone you choose. We are not holding you prisoner!

Plus there are thousands of wordpress specialists around, and many tutorials and video guides if you want tot try a bit of DIY. So in the unlikely even that you wish to move your website services to another company – you can. After all it IS your website!

As much as we love wordpress it can require a bit of looking after. Updates and security patches and database cleaning etc.

However we have you covered here. As long as your site is hosted with us the annual hosting fee also covers monthly maintenance of your wordpress website. It even includes backups should teh unthinkable happen!

Many people opt to use a stand-alone email service such as Google Workspaces of Microsoft 360 / outlook. These certainly provide the highest level of security and deliverability and we can configure your site to work with them, no problem.

However they are not exactly cheap. At about $7 per month per email address it can begin to get quite costly.

As part of your web design package we can set you up with a professional mailbox (not a generic gmail or hotmail account) at no additional or ongoing cost. We use ZOHO who offer an amazing free professional mail service. Ask us more about it when you contact us.
